We have a new remote control available that improves operation in areas you wanted!
Our new remote control includes all of the existing feature functionality you enjoy today with the following added benefits:

- Expanded range of up to 25 feet
- More programming memory with hundreds of component setup codes
- Hot Keys for quick access to your Digital Television Guide, Video on Demand and Phone information.
If you would like to exchange your current Canby Telcom remote control(s) just bring the units you would like to exchange to the business office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. You are under no obligation to do so. Your existing remote control device will continue to work with our digital television service; however, we encourage you to take advantage of the new features.
