Toll Restriction
Toll Restriction allows you to have a phone that makes local calls only, but blocks all or certain types of long distance calls. For example, you can block long distance calling by area code, and or toll numbers (800 and 900 numbers).
How to use Toll Restriction
- To activate Toll Restriction, call the Canby Telcom Customer Care Center at 503-266-8111 and a Customer Care Specialist will help you complete the necessary steps. Once Toll Restriction is in place, your phone will not allow you to place long distance calls.
- To deactivate Toll Restriction, please call the Canby Telcom Customer Care Center.
