Call Forwarding Don't Answer - Variable

Contact the Canby Telcom Business Office at 503-266-8111 and inform a Customer Care Specialist how many times you wish your telephone to ring before calls are forwarded. You may choose between 3 to 6 rings.

How to set up Call Forwarding Don't Answer - Variable

  • Lift the receiver and press *92 (Rotary 1192)
  • When you hear a second tone, dial the number you want your calls forwarded to.
  • After the phone is answered, hang up.
  • If the phone is busy, or no one answers the number you want your calls forwarded to, repeat the first two steps. You will hear two quick tones. Call Forwarding Don't Answer - Variable is then activated.
  • As a reminder, you will hear a short ring on your phone each time a call is forwarded.

How to cancel Call Forwarding Don't Answer - Variable

  • Press *93 (Rotary 1193). Two tones tell you Call Forwarding Don't Answer - Variable is deactivated.

Call Forwarding Don't Answer - Fixed

Contact the Canby Telcom Business Office at 503-266-8111 and inform a Customer Care Specialist to what number you wish your calls to be forwarded to on a permanent basis and how many times the phone should ring before calls are forwarded.

Call Forwarding Busy Line - Variable

Call Forwarding Busy Line - Variable is a convenient way to forward calls to another number when the line is busy. This feature may also be used in conjunction with Call Forward Don't Answer.

How to set up Call Forwarding Busy Line

  • Lift the receiver and press *90 (Rotary 1190)
  • When you hear a second tone, dial the number you want your calls forwarded to.
  • After the phone is answered, hang up.
  • If the phone is busy, or no one answers the number you want your calls forwarded to, repeat the first two steps. You will hear two quick tones. Call Forwarding Busy Line is then activated.
  • As a reminder, you will hear a short ring on your phone each time a call is forwarded.

How to cancel Call Forwarding Busy Line
