Your Canby Telcom Statement
Customer statements are prepared and delivered on or before the first of the month. The monthly charge for local telephone service is billed one month in advance and long distance calls are billed after they are made. Payment for service is due and payable on or before the 15th of each month. Please note that a $1.00 per page re-print fee applies for any duplicated invoice copies.

Canby Telcom offers many payment options
Customer Care Online
You can now view and pay your Canby Telcom statement online! In addition to viewing your monthly statement, you can pay your account online using a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. Once you register for an online account, you can enter the user name and password that you determine and view your account status including current and past statements. You will continue to receive a paper statement in the mail unless you elect not to. To sign up for your online account, click the View and Pay Your Statement link located in the upper right corner of any page on the Canby Telcom Web site. Canby Telcom Customer Care Online is a free service that will make your life easier!
Credit Card Payments
Canby Telcom now accepts Visa and MasterCard cards for payment of your account. You have the option to:
- Sign up to pay by credit card online (automatically)
- Sign up to pay by credit card online (you authorize payment each month)
- Stop by our Customer Care Center to pay by credit card
- Call our Customer Care Center and give us your credit card information over the phone
Automatic Bank Draft
Call our Customer Care Center to set up to pay your statement each month by automatic bank draft. All you need to do is give us your bank name and checking account number and we will take care of the rest. You will still receive a copy of your monthly statement, and the payment will automatically be made by a bank draft on the 15th of each month. If there is a problem with the statement, any necessary correction will appear on the following months bill. The draft payment will appear on your bank statement.

A late charge of 1.7% per month is applied to all balances carried forward to the next monthly statement. Late charges still apply when special payment arrangements are made. A service charge of $25 will be charged to any customer who issues payment to the company which is drawn on an account that is closed or does not have sufficient funds to cover the payment. This includes checks, bank account withdrawals, and credit/debit cards.
