Order Services
To receive telephone service through Canby Telcom you can visit our Customer Care Center located at 190 SE 2nd Avenue in Canby, call us at 503-266-8111, or use the contact form link below. You will be asked to supply the following information:
- Your complete street address.
- Name the service will be in, whether it is a business or a residence. The name that appears first on the application will be the member in the telephone cooperative.
- How you would like your name to appear in the directory.

If the service is for a business:
- Is the business a Proprietorship, Partnership, or Corporation?
- If the business is a corporation, a list of the officers. One of the officers will be the responsible party signing on the account. A guarantor's agreement is required.
- Current employment.
Payment is required at the time of application for: membership, the first month's service in advance, installation charges if any, and a security deposit if required.

Change Your Existing Service
To make changes to your service, simply call our Customer Care Center anytime Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 503-266-8111 or fill out the on-line forms above. One of our Customer Care Specialists will be happy to help you.
If you sign up or disconnect a service on your account you will only be billed for the portion of the month that the service was active.
Disconnecting or Moving Your Existing Service
If you are moving within the Canby Telcom service area, please contact our Customer Care Center five to seven days before you move so that we can ensure that sufficient facilities exist at your new address.
If you are moving outside of the Canby Telcom service area, we only need a 24 hour notice. At the time you call to disconnect, we will ask you for a forwarding address and telephone number so that we can send you your final bill. In addition, your information will stay on file so that we can contact you in the case of a patronage distribution.
